Heat Athletics Summer Session
May 30th-August 28th (No classes held July 2nd – 8th)

Level 1: Monday 4-5pm, 4:30-5:30pm, Thursday 6:00-7:00pm, Saturday 10am-11am
Level 2: Monday 5-6pm, Wednesday 6-7pm, Thursday 5-6pm
Level 3: Monday 6-7pm
Level 4/5: Wednesday 8-9pm
Class Skills: The skills below are what will be worked on during the class of that level. In order to be in a specific level, an athlete must be able to complete all of the skills in the level below.
L1: Forward roll, Handstand, Cartwheel, Round-off, Front walkover, Back walkover, Standing BHS w/ light spot, Running BHS w/ light spot.
L2: Standing/Running BHS, FWO R-Off, BWO BHS, R-Off BHS series.
L3: Standing BHS series, Front tuck, Toe-touch BHS, R-Off BHS back tuck, Toe-touch BHS series, Aerial cartwheel.
L3-5: Flexible class designed to work on level 3-5 skills
L4/5: R-Off BHS layout, Standing tuck, Standing series to layout, Whips, Punch front through, Toe-touch BHS tuck, R-Off BHS Full, Toe-touch tuck, Arabian, Standing full, R-Off BHS double full, standing series to full/double, Specialty pass through to full/double.
Beginner Tumbling: Monday 5-6pm, Tuesday 6-7pm, Saturday 9-10am
Class Skills: This class is for ages 5 + NO PRE-REQUISITE required Skills to include Tuck, Straddle, Pike, Hollow Arch, Hurdle, Cartwheel, Seat Roll, FW Roll, Tripod, Headstand, Lunge, Handstand, Bridge, Back-bend, and other body positions/movements to prepare athletes for Level tumbling classes.
*2nd child or 2nd class receives 25% class discount and All-Star members receive 50% off all classes. Registration must be completed by front office staff or by emailing us to receive this discount.Classes have an 8 athlete to 1 coach ratio, and must have 3 registrants to continue.
Athletes must be at least 5 years of age to enroll in a tumbling class.
