It's Cheerleading Safety Week at Heat Athletics

Recent studies show that cheerleading is a very safe sport, with a reduction in serious injuries and one of the best injury rates among high school sports. We believe that every cheerleading team should be trained under the direction of a knowledgeable coach; that the cheerleading team follows established safety rules; and that they have an emergency plan in place.  With continued focus and efforts by everyone, we can help keep cheerleading safe!

Join cheerleaders across the country and take the 'iCheerSafe' pledge!
